Default I smell an upgrade.

Planning some upgrades and new kit over the weekend.
I came across this at work and it gave me an idea.
But what could I be possibly planning to use it for?
Know what it is? by Simon Carter, en Flickr

If it is for a snorkel looking at it again he's going to have to cut it back a lot as there's holes in it

'Tis indeed for a snorkel, but I don't currently have one where this could be used in order to see if it's a good fit or not. The ducting is flat, so shouldn't take too much engine space, and yes, there are holes, but they will either be filled or blocked by the connections.
Now to buy a snorkel...

Blocky is your man!!!! He's about to fit one to his motor at some point that I sold him at the Rustic meet up, send him 2 and he can slap one on his and then make you another to match so you can copy the design.

I'll take a few of those off you should they be successful, I think I may actually recognise the part and know it's original intended purpose

I'll try and find the price, they should be available from local electrical or HVAC supplier for little ££££, they'll supply the ducting too. If not, I'll look at how much I can get a few for.
