Another Truck
Hi all, looking for another truck to replce my wifes that was written off. What a difficult task! Keep seeing the, but look at the mot history and you see the tin worm is doing it's worst. I'm starting to suspect that I may have to look for another brand
I'm happy with a 2.7 but would prefer a 3.0. Would rather have a manual than an automatic. Would prefer a 5 LWB but would consider a SWB or Commercial. As we will hopefully be keeping it for a few years 120,000 miles is my ceiling. Lastly prefer the plastic mouldings on bottom half of the body too as in my wifes words they look naked without. So if anyone hears of one not too far away from Yorkshire let me know please. |

They are out there Jim as Banshee proved with the one he got for his grandad.
It's just a pain when every one you look at seems to be a ratter. |

Such a shame, any further with a reason why.
Jim, This popped up on an alert, probably a no as sure better out there but seems a honest enough advert and a few new parts so here is the link anyway. http://www.preloved.co.uk/adverts/sh...ssan%2BTerrano |

He seems to be very regimented and doesn't like change much, if I hadn't have given him a reality check as to how bad a state his BMW was in I think he'd still be driving it now. He's quite content driving my Nans little Chevrolet Matiz to and from work at the minute which is no more than 2 miles a day. Some of you will wonder why on earth I got him a 3.0 Terrano for such a small commute but it was his idea to get a 4x4 due to having issues getting his BMW up the 17% gradient hill in his street in extreme weather. I have a suspicion that it will be up for sale before the summer but its all depending on what ny nan does next. She's waiting to see if the DVLA give her driving license back and since her operation, she's lost the sensation in her left leg so is now tempted to get an Auto, if she does the Matiz will be up for sale and Grandad will be forced to use his Terrano, if she doesn't get her license back then by default my Grandad will probably keep the Matiz and the Terrano's future will be a sad one
