Question To fix up, or not to fix up? Anyone interested? T2 3ltr

Hi guys,
After 8 yrs of loyal service it's time to move the terrano on, I've had it since 29k and now with 107k it still feels mechanically as good as the day I got it. It's done me proud for family duties and as general workhorse , now the body and inside are looking tired, but mechanically I believe it's perfect (also no rust on the wings:-) )

I needed something comfier, quieter and auto for a longer commute, so this has to go.

So questions to you guys is, is it worth sorting it out (paintwork, Ariel, dent in bumper, key fobs etc) or sell it as is? And what's it worth?
Always difficult to compare when everything for sale is in good cosmetic condition! Would anyone be interested in it? Either to do up, to use it as is, or turn it into an off roader maybe?

Spec:
53 plate 3ltr sport
107k on clock
Big folder of history
Mechanically excellent
Cosmetically poor
Tow bar fitted by myself, but only ever pulled a trailer tent
Air con needs regassing
Superb alloys and good matching winter tyres all round
Paintwork poor, scratches and knocks on most panels
Pulls like a train. Manual

Will try to upload some pics if I can remember how!

Talk to me guys , what you reckon?
Matt

After "post reply" hit the paper clip and search for your photo, (new page) download and close the page. Paper clip again too select photo into post.
Think that's right
Or use photo bucket. That's a whole new thread though
