Ignore the flowers. These are some pics that my daughter in law took of herself just messing around.
See if you can see what I'm referring to, if not I'll point them out.

There's no mirrors of glass nearby to cause reflection.

The snapchat app thinks theres a face on her neck, The snapchat filter adds a light glaze look to them which it has done to her neck so looks more like eyes.

Notice how shiney her eyes look.

The light might just be a reflection on the lens itself.

She took them with a application called snapchat, I can tell as you can virtually add flowers to your head in the pictures.
