Is he planning it for this year, or for next year for the MOT?
If oil leaks cause an MOT failure, then they have no chance, unless ALL oil is removed first lol...
Do later landies still suffer oil loss ?

mot is this Saturday, tbh for a 30 year old truck it's solid underneath (put my terrano to shame)
It has gone into self preservation mode with the oil leaks though.
A few new gaskets sorted that out

He lives in a beautiful spot which made crawling about under it for two weekends all the more bearable.

The Landie went straight through the mot today

Electrics decided to have a melt down just minutes before it was booked in but a quick fettle of the fuse holder's sorted that out

Only advisory was for a slight oil leak but it wouldn't be a Landie if it didn't drop some
