You can clearly see he took his foot off the brakes & used you as a handbrake

it also shows him being in the wrong lane & not indicating to change & has a brake light out to

Thank goodness for the video, did you tell him you had it on video or did he notice your camera?
I wouldn't of told him and then brought the video to the attention of the police and your insurance company.

I showed him the camera, he still denied responsibility, when I sent him the video he changed his tune quick.
