Default middle front caravan window damaged

So the front window of our Abbey Spectrum is damaged basically the glow has failed
joining the two glazings together.

Have previously bonded it but failed again.

Any tips or suggested solvents, forget last one we used but a forum I googled
suggests silicon sealant as is good for fish tanks even,

Have seen some s/h ones one ebay but not convinced are the right size so may look
at repairing again. Also aware cost of new made one is about £400!

Also considered bolting it down tho body as not one we ever open.
Any issues with drilling into skin of van, then sealing it, it would be sheltered
by the lip of the window.

Found the inner skin as the catches on it, So outer one can potentially just flap open
though reckon its the outer one that has the hinge, so in sense inner one can be
made to fall out if catches are released.
