Interior Trim Plastic Flocking Material
Nissan in their infinite wisdom decided for whatever reason that the door cards and any plastics below that would be black however the A Pillars, etc etc are all cream Huh
I'm after a roll of that carpet type material in black that I can cut to size and adhesive onto the plastic trim but I don't really know what I'm searching for. Similar to the stuff they use to wrap around the subwoofer enclosures in boy racer cars if you know what I mean but not in that horrible grey colour. I've sprayed interior plastics before and it' turned out terrible and I like the idea of fabric as it can only help the sound deadening and heat in the car as it's a van Any ideas or links guys and I'll love you forever!!!

I love the black trim on the last T2's but know what you mean about the upper plastic's being cream. I have been thinking of spraying the plastics but you need to use a plastic primer first Anyway you can wrap the plastics in almost any type of fabric even leather or the leather effect stuff but you have to use the high temp trimming glue otherwise come the summer it'll all peel off What you are on about is acoustic carpet & you can get it in loads of different colours just check with who ever you get it from how stretchy it is & how think as you want stuff that you can stretch around corners etc without getting wrinkles

There is loads of acoustic carpet on ebay & that also might be the cheapest place for the high temp glue but if you have any fabric shops near by it would be worth popping in to see what they have
