hi guys just a quick line to introduce myself, just bought a 2000 patrol 2.8 y61. Happy with him apart from the fact he will only start from cold ! Ha he must know my ex wife!

Hi mate and welcome, I do not know too much about Patrols but guess the glow plug system may be playing about, sure a Patrol owner will be able to help, pay your tenner and you will have access to the downloads it will all be in there, and be the best tenner you ever spent, Rick

Aim to get stuck and be completely self sufficient in extraction, love getting muddy, 2ft deep is good but rare. |

 Where do I pay for the downloads guys ? Need some help, pretty sure my injection pump is shot. Not much more wrong other than it won't start at all now ! I took the pump off to get part numbers ECT and have a nosey. Thanks for the warm welcome again guys

In regards to pumps we have some breakers on here and a few members have em too. Check which one you have as their are two different types.
Also be sure in your diagnosis before you shell out for a pump

Cheers guys, definitely pump that's shot (just my luck !) need a replacement ASAP as missus is up and down from hospital with daughter with wheelchairs, walking frames, ECT ECT !
