1998 terrano lwb 2.7 tax and test spare or repair

HI all

bought this a few weeks back more just to try than anything, really impressed with it but its just not clean and tidy enough for me to keep
its got around 5 months mot and tax till end of October
starts first flick and pulls very well, alot better than my new one which i will be looking into shorlty
188000 miles
not sure how many owners
front wings are gone
spare wheel is on osf due to wire through the old tyre showing, wheel alignment is well out
middle box has a blow
hole under back seats on ns
inner wing ns has a hole
all sills look ok and have been welded before
it drives better than it looks and cant see any oil or diesel leaks but ive not had a good rumage to be honest
7th seats are missing
one key and fob
its dirty and it stinks, lol. Last owner had drums of diesel in the boot and they have spilt on the boot carpet

looking for £450, it actually owes me a little more, if no interest at that price then will probably break it. I only have green slip and not full logbook yet due to only just getting the car but a full receipt etc will be given and logbook forwarded on

Atleast the boot wont be rusty

Whats the underside like?

bit dark but its the best i can do, underneath lts hard to say cause its all dry mud from a bit of laneing id say, forgot to mention it has at tyres apart from the spare thats on.
