Four Wheel Alignment

So I have decided to get this done.. hoping its not too expensive as they charge per adjustment

Although they do do a good job I must say. Its all done via computers and lasers

One of the techs has taken my old girl up there now...

Well thats that done.. alignment was spot on, one front wheel is within the tolerance but only by 7 arcminutes...

apparently thats a very small percentage of a degree, good enough for me

and best bit, they didnt charge

if i brought mine down they would feint and need a new machine

Arent our trucks fixed rear axles and dont have adjustment. However good idea to check your front tracking.

Doesn't hurt to check all 4 wheels, although as you said the rear is fixed the alignment will pick up any bent arms pulling the entire axle out, I've had a Suzuki vit with a bent rear axle after hitting a kurb hard (not noticeable to the eye)

Yah 'twas indeed just the front that was slightly ajar, but still, well within parameters, even so my truck still pulls left n right when it feels like.

One of the mechanics at my work has the same issue with a really lowered car, he explained that although the tracking is "straight" once a vehicle is lowered or raised from standard it will alter more

I've found all 3 4x4's i've had tracked ie tried to follow ruts in the road due to the increased grip from AT tyres used to it now so doesn't bother me but both T2's have pulled slightly to the left at time but i'm sure thats due to the camber of the road as some of my cars have but not as much
