Cheers to AlexD333
Cheers Alex if you hadn't replaced your rear bumper & mentioned that you were missing a grommet on the O/S/R behind the bumper i'd have never checked mine sure enough Nissan must have penny pinched here aswell as I was missing the same grommet popped to the breakers & pulled one off a MK2 T2 & got it fitted & dried out the slight amount of water that had built up in the rear 1/4 so anyone with a late model T2 i'd check to see if you have the grommet fitted as rain water easily gets in if the grommet is missing

Hole on drivers side rear.
Can't load pic twice but 3rd pic down on this thread shows the hole. http://www.nissan4x4ownersclub.com/f...ad.php?t=22290 |

And here is my magic plug, found in the depths of jaguar parts department
This rubber was lipped on the inside, nearly broke my fingers trying to get it in, but I don't think it will ever come out again |

Don't have any pic's Jim but Alex has put one up I just lay on the ground & put my hand up behind the back bumper at the corner & could feel there was a nice big hole but also found you can get at said hole if you remove the inside cover in the boot for the brake light & put your hand down the inside of the 1/4 panel then feel along the back where the rear bumper is
