That's the probably the same guy I used to spray them for as he was from Mansfield area.
Was never a fan of the chopper when I was young I had the boxer, striker then the grifter.
Was a brilliant bike for wheelies though

I had one of those in the 70's, got it new one Christmas, it was a 5 speed, and looked like the same colour as yours. It was quite rare, god how I wish I had kept it

I always wanted one after seein my mates as a boy all them years ago. I never had one but did have a grafter. they too are high in value now

I too wanted one when I was a youngster, I remember being envious of a mate that had a brand new black one with flames on the chain guard. My mom had a rare gold one I believe that my granddad got for her as he worked at Raliegh.

dont restore it. put it away for another 10 years until there all restored but yours..

price for an original condition chopper will go up..
