Default Brand new off roader

As your all aware the Beast has been off the road since last August which has meant that I've had to share the Astra with the good wifey. This in turn has meant that 2/3 times a week I have had to cycle to work, problem is I only have a folding bike that I bought for use when we are away in the tintent. This is not really suitable for my journey's to work so I have ordered myself a nice shiny new off roader better suited for my commuting aswell as a bit of fun on my days off
What do you think peeps?

It certainly is sweety and not really blocky but I am a bit of a snob with any bikes I have, the last one I had was a Giant talon with similar spec but 26" wheels. Its a Specialized Hard rock 29er, with hydraulic disc brakes.
The emissions for the motor are quite bad already

Your off setting your carbon foot print now Spinna My Son has a Giant Talon 2.5 & the only bits that haven't been changed is the headset, seat post & frame mind you it's a very light bike now with shimano xt group set & xtr crank etc
Exosteve bike tyres aren't cheap for the good ones mine were £20ea on special offer

It's very similar to my mountain bike, but I've had that nearly 20 years

that's the one I had 2.5 but my son has that now and lent it out to his mate who killed the back tyre and chain so my son then left it out in the rain and as a result it now has rusty forks. But he does intend to rebuild it with better parts than original
