Waiting for the last 5 seconds manually, really gets the heart going..
Sniping takes the fun out of it, although, I have been a few seconds late getting to my computer and missed some.

I use Auctionsniper, it's web based so provided you can get online you will be able to use it.
You need to register your details, including eBay password, which was a bit of a worry. I've not experienced any problems though. You can set an item by the item number, select your maximum bid and how close to the end you want it to try and bid for you. The default is 5 seconds, I usually change that to 3 seconds. That way you can be away from the computer and it places the bids for you. I was trying to get some items but eBay on my mobile was so unreliable I had to try something else. If you give me your email address and let me refer you I also get 3 free snipes. You also get the first bids free, then it's a tiny percentage of the purchase price. |
