They will give discount if you are a member of a club/group anyway. Might not be as good as 15% though.

BEA utiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just rang up as my renewal is due on the 26th, already accepted a renewal price of £595 which came down from £970 from last year, quoted Craigs post and my renewal is now £551

The lady I spoke to said that the discount can be applied even if you are half way through your policy

They're only any good though, if you do a low mileage in the car, for people that mod, and have the car as their main vehicle, they can't help. In the end, I had to got the Elephant.co.uk who have been so helpful.

Worst still, once you have been to them for a quote, and they have refused to insure you as in my case, I did more than 6000 miles, it put's your insurance up when you go to other places, and they ask if you have been refused insurance...

So do be careful if you go to them for a quote.

for most cars over 15 years old you can get collectors policies if you belong to a club. around £150 fully comp for the year,over 23 only. i declare open season on insurance companies, wheres my gat?

i'm with flux, i get 25,000 miles a year and declared all mods, any future mods wont put my insurance up either

robbing buggers the lot of them! worse than the bankers for taking money out the working peoples hand, greedy beyond the bankers belief ! a whole system based on them paying out more £££ for what they know are fraudulent claims just so they can charge us more and take their pound of flesh in commission....
