Default Newbie looking for terrano

Hello there people, I am looking to buy a lwb Terrano to tow my caravan. NOt too worried about colour although red or green would be good, leather manual gearbox and under 100k.

I'm happy to travel for the right one and I would welcome any buying advice that anyone can offer.
Thanks all
David

Welcome Mate

I think there is someone on here selling a mint one that's been looked after
I'm sure someone will remember his name

Seems there is going to be a real shortage of LWB Terrano's the way we are going, there must be 3 people a day at least signing up asking where they can find one fore sale lol

Welcome and good luck with the search. Best thing to do, is start reading the older threads on here, to get a feel for what people commonly find they need to ask about them. Do some searches for things like "Caravan", "Rust", "Towing", "Rust", "Front Steering stops", "Rust" "Mini Filter", "Rust", "Damp", oh and you may want to do a cursory glance over "Rust"...

I think you could be right, we might have to start spreading the word just how awful these cars are, or when I need my next one, there either won't be any, or they will be actually fetching some of those ridiculous Ebay prices we sometimes see.

Terrible cars, after all, they rust, have loads of fuel issues, rattle and bang, central locking issues, terrible off road (Just look at how many times Rick has broken his)... The list is endless...
