its been a funny old day.....

Its funny how your day ends up completely different than you had planned.
yesterday was busy with lookin after me mum,spending 2 hours in the gym while skye trained for her first belt in kickboxing.(shes only 6)
the Tesco run that ive put off for three weeks as I spend all my money and with nowt show for it.
so today was the day I got my messy garden tidyed.its a big job.

but it never got done,with kids,dogs,parents and tryin find time visit me mate

but its not everyday you have a grand daughter,although it is getting a bit regular.
this is number 5 grandchild, Im only 40frikkin5.
little girl name Ellie, she lovely.

but it was nice to have a sit down with me sproglet and have an afternoon with the lego

And I did get chance to drop in on me mate who has been inspired by my new love for off roading
he has decided to get rid of his gas/petrol engine from his 30 year old range rover and stick a diesel 2.5 in so he can bring fuel cost down.

I will be nippin in on him a lot to watch the progress. today was the removal and remount of the engine mounts on the chassis.
I think tomorrow is engine out again for some reshaping of the bulk head and welding.
I wish I hadn't got go work as I want to be there.

he will be taking my motor to bits soon...
