I cant wait to rip my gas fire out. Even though its a living flame, instant heat with no mess, very controllable gas powered jobbie
So for now I will do the same as I have for the past few years. Sit in my 17'x12' very brightly lit greenhouse with that uneconomical log burner down there and paint my airfix(im 45 year old kid).with a wine or two. last winter when it was snowing it was 40 degrees in my greenhouse. either way I am not going cold for no one. with having so much free fuel I am thinking of ripping the fire out and having an open fire till funds allow a burner. although the one I brought for the green house is now very used it only cost 100 quid off ebay 7 years ago. |

Our neighbours ripped out their open fire place and chimney a few years ago...FOOLS
And now have a nice clean but very expensive to run gas jobbie, I did try and tell him to leave the chimney at least. |
