great. he was being a bit of a dick, but I suppose that is the point. If the "council" can be unreasonable over fines, then he can be unreasonable over how he pays it.

in the UK there is a limit on how much coinage you can submit, not sure what it is but quite low, now me, I would not be paying it anyway and let them send in the bailiffs, got nowt they can claim, taken advice from our politicians and the rich, Rick
