Well the Old Troll has sold on FleaBay £1700

The buyer appears to be from Poland so not holding my breath and have a bit of time to sort a few things out.

Has Anyone got a spare set of front Shockers - I want to swap the OME ones but I am struggling to get the units of my new troll and don't want to risk snapping the studs.

Also one of the free wheely hub thingy's is making a clicky noise and could do with changing it if anyone has a spare they could give up.

Darn it, I recently sold my old ones off
think the noisy hub is just a clean out and gently regrease, don't swamp it.
Fixed mine that way.
If you're really stuck I've got a pair of autos I could sell you but not till after next weekend.
Poland is a big buyer for old Trols and tractors so don't panic too much

Yeah! Not too bothered by the Poland thing!
You were my first thought having done the suspension upgrade

I just don't want to risk snapping the threads of the old shocks on my new one ( I say old 80K Miles they will be quite good ). But don't really want to let the OME's go with the truck!

I was looking at the pics of your lift and now I have something that is less rotten I quite fancy a body lift and possibly a new set of springs.

35 x 12.5 16's are inevitable

Although the round town MPG of the PeTroll is still as bad as i remember. 15 is optomistic...

Good man 35s are just the boyos on the Trol, but gearing suffers. I've got new axles and diffs going on mine to sort that.
LPG the old girl, not hard and well worth it, 49p a litre off red bottles
You'd get near on 30 to the gallon then (equivalent)

Gearing Shmearing... I need something to slow it down..

If you put yer foot on the brake and gently depress the loud pedal all hell breaks loose at the back. Burnouts Oh yess

Apart from the spacer blocks what else needs fettling - brake peddle should be ok but what about the steering column and Gear shift???

Brake pipes are pretty tight, very little room for error, so carefully lift the body and tease pipes. Watch out for the pipe fixings, they often encourage pipe rot Undo them 1st.
Back two body bolts are a pain, the rest easy
Steering loads a room. Gear shift fine but low ratio needs the floor modding a bit with Mr hammer
GFI enjoy
