Default Gym

I went for my training routine, today.I was doing some front down pulls. With 80kgs weight,And the steel cable snapped.End result, the steel bar hit me in the sternum. And sat me on my back. Not sure what the 80kgs release energy was.
But it felt akin to been trampled by a rhino. So feeling a little sore at the moment.

May be an idea to pop down your local A&E just to get it checked out, thee is a chance of a fracture to your sternum with that force.

Smile Pulling a muscle

My younger brother is hooked on endorphines from serious cycling (100-200 miles every weekend plus 100 in the week) that he might be fit but I have never pulled a muscle / a hamstring / a tendon / caught a chill.

A bit like the bloke who went to the Doctor and asked him if he would live any longer if he gave up beer, fags & women.

Doctors reply was no but it will feel like it !

Any the good news, after a 2 hour wait in A&E.No damage done, just bruising and some slight swelling around the area.So i decided to take the rest of the week off and rest up for Saturday.
