Nothing, but with 6 you'll get a larger footprint to spread any payload and a whole extra axle's worth of traction and grip. Admittedly you will have also have a whole other axle's worth of wear to pay for, but if you can afford the "reasonable sized house" of a price tag I imagine you can afford the cost of the extra axle!
