currently running

235/75/15 on standard alloys



whats the widest biggest tyre I can run on standard rims?????

Mine are 265/75/16 with a suspension lift had to remove mudflaps aswell.

NO...

Not suitable for 265.
I have rims similar to that one, and I up graded to 235 75 's from 215's and this was only just within the approved rim width.

You need to know the rim width, then have a look at the web site for the tyre you want, and see the rim width range that that tyre can be used on.

It also varies between tyre manufacturers for the same tyre profile.

So even later on, when putting new tyres on, I had to check the approved rim size when I looked at other tyres.

So be aware of this.
Also the insurance company will see this as a modification.

cheers mate I always declare all mods anyway

im running 235/75/15 at the moment so didn't know if was possible to upgrade to 265/70/15

just found same set on ebay and exact sizes are

6Jx15 ET25 6x139.7
