Default Having trouble with my nipples

Hi all, My brother went to bleed the front brakes on the terrano today but the bleed nipples have died of death. He can get them out but I would like to replace them so just wanted to know can you buy them, if so where from and are they a special size etc. The brake caliper is a Lucas ???? . Thanks.

Would not bother, you will probably end up replacing the calliper, I have never used the bleed screws as known to be a problem, I just remove the calliper from the disk and pads, get someone to press the brake pedal a couple of times, let the calliper hang low for a few minutes then push the pistons back in, all the air will be pushed back up the pipe to the master cyl, this works for both front and rear, including changing rear cylinders, Rick

Thanks for the reply but I would like to replace the fluid ad I've just replaced rear cylinders and brake pipes where they run across rear axle

seen them on Ebay. If I was you, I would take one out of the old rear calliper, and take it to your local motor factor, they should be able to help.
