I thought it was usual to put lights underneath when 'pimping yer ride' not on the top!

Just a thought, but you are not planning on replacing your current courtesy light with it are you?

Reason I ask is, my Terrano courtesy light is one that has a delay, and fades out, which would play havoc with the florescent tubes inverter. Not only that, but tubes draw a lot more power when first turned on, and would probably burn out the electronics in the timer box.

Hi mate, no, I'm leaving the standard lights in, I've put in a 2nd fuse box under the glove box that I'll wire the light in too, the tires will be mounted behind the roof lining
