I recon you still have a few, central heating, timers for lights, watches, mobile phones, cars, alarm clock, etc.

We also have a timer on the thermostat, so we can set different temperatures for different times of the day, usefull at night, and changes for first thing in the morning.
However, due to the mild winter, we haven't had the heating on at night.

It always feels like your playing catchup on the day the clocks change to summer time, even though I changed my clocks last night.
You wake up, look at the time expecting it to be about 7.00 to finds it's 8.00, then I just feel I have to get up
