Cider help...........
We're disappearing under a huge crop of apples this year
So wondered if anyone has any really simple cider recipes as there's only so much apple sauce, chutney and crumble a man can take cheers |

Peel and slice then freeze them.
OK they will only be fit for apple sauce or fillings etc. Cider seems a good idea though

I was hoping someone may have had first hand knowledge of a cider recipe rather than another google trip into the weird and strange Ta anyway |

Do you store any whole? We wrap them individually in news paper and pack them in large card boxes then kept on a shed shelf. Usually last till May or June. David.

Tip for a cider/apple press; 2 ton bottle jacks & some sturdy timber.
