Don't tell me China is now getting "Nanny State" tendencies
 We regularly had 12 or more in a Triumph herald on the way to cubs.  I should think that with 60 odd kids in the back the van's hardly going to be fast moving and anyway the kids will all act as each others airbag Namby pamby world
