Default Job done

Finally had my operation on thursday. What was supposed to have been a simple 40 minute "keyhole" job turned into over 3 hours and a 6 inch cut followed by a night in hospital

To say it hurts would be an understatement but after years of suffering with a hernia Im sure it's all for the best.

No driving for me on or off road for a few weeks and no lifting for a few months.

My good lady had a hernia opp a while ago, and it was very difficult for her for a good few weeks, but she did try and do a little more that she should have, so a warning there take it easy, you do not want to undo all the work just been done, best regards Rick
