Bit more balanced in other papers saying he got upset

Dont blame him one bit. Anyone who has bee transatlantic will tell you the bucket end seats are completely crap compared to business and first class, especially when you or your organization paid for good uns and BA (i think it was) screws up again and downgrades you !!!!!

the fact he got a decent one in the end shows they were available, probably waiting for the inevitable extra dosh from people who pay for upgrades at the last moment

he gets my vote on this one

well my wifes lad was stuck in New York with his g/f just before Xmas when the airports were all shut down with the snow....took her two days to get him on a flight and then they got bounced off at the last minute cos they were full...so she rang BA customer services and absolutely lost it.

As a result they got tannoyed and led through a back door to the plane by an airline rep and got on with minutes to spare.

But wait for it....plane took off with eleven empty seats, and at a time when the airport was being besieged with Brits trying to get home....don't ask me how they manage things????

Well it seems that theres a dearth of stuff on Youtube, probably because she controls her 'image' so carefully (why bother FFS??????), so I can't post the famously classy clip where she refers to her 'itchy fanny'...and to think I was under the impression it was a japanese motorbike
