Replacement rad hose

Hi all

Well it looks like my little play in some puddles a couple of weeks ago just bit me on the butt and it pushed my rad hose onto my aircon belt and put a nice split in it. It's my own fault must slow down in puddles :
Anyway my problem is being an R50 R3M 2.7td is not used in the US or Oz so I cant find one on the net and the uk dealers are not very helpful to look up a model they've never sold which is understandable tbh.
Can a rad hose be made to a pattern or am I looking at ordering through japarts or like and waiting? It's quite a simple shape with no extra pipes coming off and the two ends rotated 90 degrees.
Demon tweeks do a aluminium hose insert which I might be able to cut and repair it with if I need to wait but I just wondered if anyone had any suggestions
