Where did all my money go?????
Some of you will know that I took voluntary redundancy earlier this year from HP and on the first day of my property development business, fell off a ladder and ended up in a french hospital badly busted up.....so much for that then!
But while back in France (after three months of convalescence here), her indoors stole all my money to open up a new business supplying and doing interiors with a french theme...she opened this week and here are a few pics of what we've achieved after three months of hard graft (and no sex life to speak of!)....and if anyone does any Lawrence Llewellyn Bowen jokes they are dead!!!!)... ....except I wish I had his money, cos mine's all gone! ..and spot the twat in the mirror with the camera!!!! |

I work in the retail support sector, and thats a nice looking shop. Do you rent,or have you bought the premises?
Good luck wth the business. Alan |

That looks really great, seriously. Wish you and Mrs L all the best and hope you start getting some of your money back very soon! Some lovely stuff on display but what a pity there are no French Maids wandering around as I'm sure that after your no sex for ages comment, you probably have some bits that need the cobwebs dusted off.

Hi Paul & Mrs L. Shop looks just great! I wish you both much luck and prosperity. I wonder what Mr Roberts, General Merchant of Jubilee Stores 1897 would think of it now?
Regards CL |

Commercial leases always favour the landlord, but their are a few things that you can do to tip the balance a bit. Reading them carefully is always a good start, which surprisingly most people leave to their solicitors. Regards Alan |
