So I'm paying a visit to Elty tomorrow to attempt the body lift! :naughty

I've been soaking the mounts with spray as best I can... We will see if they undo or not

I know this is a grey area a little bit, do people need pictures and if so, let me know of what and I will do my best to snap away :thumb2

Body lift went fine with no major issues.
Had to get the angle grinder on the front bumper so it would fit back on but all in all a very productive afternoon.
Was nice to meet you Alex even though you forgot the hob nobs:lol:lol:lol

Elty you got everyones hopes up then when you said you took angle grinder to those bumpers :lol:lol:lol:lol

I knew there would be a bumper comment. I'm happy as ive had 3 members on here all say the bumpers aren't as extreme as they look in the pics I've taken :lol

It's getting late now and my phone is on charge so I will upload pics on seperate thread tomorrow.

Everything came out, no broken bits

Jacking up the front at first we were thinking... Why is the space not increasing.... Brake lines? Steering? Oh wait the bumpers crushing the chassis :doh :lol

Is bloody heavy that front bumper:lol:lol
Was just catching on the front x member so we had to remove it and modify it slightly.
All good and went back on even though it took 3 of us to re fit it.
Cheers Steve for your help mate:thumb2

Yeah cheers to both of you, a mix of the bumper, ricks ex banger racing plate and the winch it sure is a heavy beast!

Must admit, the truck does look better when you see it in the flesh, Alex kindly dropped off elty's bonnet guard last night and we had a good old chat, thanks again Alex :thumb2:thumb2
