yes Ryan, it really is that simple. a little awkward as far as I can see, but i had a good look at the weekend, and i reckon it can be done through the top using a thin but decent quality long wrench, 1/4" so it will fit. Two bolts, slide in the blanking plate, bolt back up. MIGHT have to loosen off at the exhaust side for movement, im not 100% sure yet, but shouldnt be too tricky if that is the case.
Peter, yes, i emailed the chap, he doesnt have any, and can only make one if i can get the dimensions ?! |

the egr looks fairly simple to get from under the wheel arch, i can actually get my arm right up between the starter and engine and feel the bolts,, thats the good thing about having long thin arms |

Does the EGR have a gasket? if so could you get a new one and use it as a template for a blanking plate
Even post it to Larson, to take up his very generous offer |

Never noticed in my 98 one if you drive like you have just passed you test today stopping in the gear you are in like 3rd its better, but i passed early 80's. I am a go down the gears trying to change because wife did advanced driving and its about saving fuel. and brake are better ABS Until a new driver runs into the back of you on a steep down hill in 4th |
