you need a license to use ham radios, thats why they were rude to you.

He could of just said your on the HAM bands, i would of been happy with that.
I just want to see if i can find CB bands on it so i can use it.

Iv got a Marine radio licence, maybe i should park in a puddle and try again.

I will have a look to see if i can find the box for it but it wont be till the week end im guess as he lived a few miles away from me.
