You want my 18 month old Jack Russell, she's like a dog with a bone when she gets the scent of one, she's had a few on the canal bank, don't know how she kills them but only takes a couple of secs and there dead!! suppose it could be the shock that does it but not sure and she leaves them, luckily she doesn't try and eat them.

Actually they are nasty little creatures.....do not handle without heavy gloves if you ever do get one.......to my knowledge there are no `humane` mole traps.......detaupers are the way forward.......

i think there might be some humane traps but not very good ones so iy could be a struggle to catch, espacialy as its the first..

i could be wrong as im not the best mole catcher..

i would not put it between them tunnels as too close. be sure there in line with tunnel at each end and pack in tight so its rigid..

it the traps are thick walled you might need to remove some dift from the bottom of a tunnel so it sits at the correct height as moley will know something is wrong..

Use some old well worn gloves, rub dirt on them, then set the trap. Mr Mole can smell your hands

This is rural France, the council wouldn't want to know, unless it owed some tax
