Your diagnostic report showed a stored DTC of P0300.
This indicates a misfire. If you drill down further into the stored DTC's you should have a stored code of P030x. X will indicate the number of the cylinder or cylinders that misfired, giving you a clue as to where to focus your attention. eg. if it is persistently P0304, then the misfire is on number 4, could be a lead, plug coil etc..

rayf cool,my mechanic tells me number 1,3 and 5 cylinders that misfired.and really does not have clue as to what caused it.

I think he means that the fault may have been caused by "man" the fact that your misfire has only just started since the spark plugs have been changed
