Default whats going on!!!

eversince the site was updated a few weeks back i have to keep re freshing the page every time i view a new topic or post as its not showing threads etc which i know are there as i have read them earlier.
also with pm's i cant just click the reply and write a message all i get is the token has expired notice and i have to start again.
any one explain whats going on

Elty, the site was not updated a few weeks ago so, I have a feeling you have changed something your end. It sounds like you have made changes to your Firewall or security settings.

Try Deleting History and Temp Internet Files, just be aware you may lose any stored passwords and visited web sites.

when i logged in a few weeks ago i got a message to say the site was off line for maintenance and have had probs eversince.
set to clear cookies etc every time i shut down browser.
will double check firewall settings but as far as i know they haven't been changed.
could just be that macaffe is crap.subscription runs out in a few days so i'm changing to avg as that seems to work ok on lappy.
