nope went swimming with the family, well me and libs went in, the mrs (kaz) and katie only watched

soon found out that although the last time i went i could float and doggy paddle (26 years ago) , now i have lost even those skills. so will sneak some lessons in during the week .to occupy some time while working away

also anyone know where i can buy one of those chicken fillets or gel bags for me speedo's
