Default Chuffed

Yesterday I was jammed into a sloping muddy field, the field was being used as a temporary car park, one poor guy happened to be first in and he drove his VW Golf tight into the bottom left hand corner [I would not have parked there]....the water was draining straight to this area, he realised his mistake, he attempted to reverse, but was bogged down good-style. anyway someone attempted to pull him out [In a Toyota 4x4]
trouble was he was attempting to pull him through the gate to the golfs rear offside. He was just going deeper and by now had blocked off the gate, the farmer had left a trailer blocking the top entrance...no one was going anywhere, you should have seen the faces of everyone sat in their cars not wanting to get out and help only wanted to go home after a long day. It actually got to a stage with people standing around the golf with hands on hips just looking at it. Any how I had packed all my stuff away by now and thought I would give it ago, I had to do a 300 point turn [well felt like it] reversed to the golf, rope on and slowly moved off and pulled the Golf sideways, the car was now facing toward the gate. simple really....Just felt so chuffed that I could help. 8)
