hi new member
hi im looking to buy a 4x4 and looking at a 2004 terrano 3.0 sve manual in black my mate told me they are tough motors and good on fuel one of my other mates told me the gearboxes are soft but i fancy one for the seven seat option in manual but my mate told me its better to get a shogun but im keener on the terrano any advice from you guys that own them would be much appreciated thanks:

You'll get loadsof help on here and a bit of a larf Soft gearbox was an issue with proper old ones I think,(1994 ish !) BLACK mmm No idea about hogun but the nissan 3.0 ngine is a corker. |

I'd say the 3.0 engine is the better choice - more power and better mpg is the icing on the cake for this truck....write ups on the later Shogun imply it went soft where once it had a decent reputation.

thanks guys im gonna go for the 3.0 sve with all the trimmings it suits my needs with 4 kids and also for my fishing and camping needs ive never had a 4x4 so im looking forward 2 it just have 2 find right car now cheers bye the way ill pay my tenner and join 2 full member

there are a few members is scotland..... look up team scotland they do mini meets etc for off roading and green laning. its a good way of meeting new people / friends
we do it in team wales and have a bloody good laugh plus you have access to all the members throughout the uk and abroad for help advise fun and banter extremely pleased your joining |
