Question locking nav bar

Hi Bat,

is it feasible, or user selctable to have the navigation and home-user cp-faq panel
at bottom of scrolled down page for when i'm too lazy to scroll, or press page up or
home on keyboard to get back up, alternatively could it be locked so always on view
bit like when you lock panels? on a spreadsheet so can alway see column headings.

appreciate some more scroll would be needed when reading posts but quicker to
jumpback when realise in wrong thread etc.

It would be a pain in the aris to do, I could create a two frame page that would have the buttons at the top that would cause them to remain static, but it potentially have a knock on affect that might cause other problems.

If you want to go back a page at any time just press the backspace key on you keyboard
