Wiper spindle bushes
Hello all,
I have a bit of a problem, my wiper spindle bushes are so worn that every time I close my bonnet (hood) the wiper arm gets trapped under the edge of the Bonnet. can you get replacement bushes?? Thanks |

yes the three bolt assembly is replaceable but no idea of cost from the stealers, I have always got them off of a scrapper, Rick

I am pretty sure they are quite expensive. I bought some for a Carlton twenty years ago and they were over a £100 back then!
A used pair is going to be the sensible option. |

Best bet is to get a complete linkage from a scrapped motor!

The linkage on my T2 has been held together with zip ties for the past 1,5 years - no issues since, and that in rainy Belgium

A car made from zip ties would be the thing, completely rustproof and indestructible
