New Design for a Grease Gun that works every time.
Okay you know how when you buy a tube of say Silicone Sealant or No Nails, you put the tube in the metal frame gun cut off the end bit, screw on the nozzle then cut to size. This seems to work really well with virtually no waste.
I would make a Grease Cartridge of exactly the same design with grease where the silicone is. You would then screw on the metal or hard plastic nozzle that would have a female grease gun end, with optional hoses. No mess and when the plunger reaches the end its empty. You could make slightly less full cartridges for specialist greases. For high pressure applications you could even have a twin trigger arrangement, one for the cartridge and one for the final push into a secondary chamber or gas propulsion instead of the first trigger. Another option pinch the vertical tube toothpaste design where gravity / suction or whatever pushes the toothpaste out. Why is no one doing it should I ring Mr Dyson? |

I've personally never had any problems with the old grease gun but I've seen young lads at work get covered in the stuff trying to re fill them
Need to keep them the same for entertainment value |
