Default First use of winch

Still can't sleep after coming back from a&e with the boy as mentioned in another thread, so I thought I may as well post some pics up of my first self recovery with the new winch.
It did great, got me out of trouble and I'm very very happy with it, Super winch tiger shark 9500 sr, the sr is synthetic rope version, according to the website they move the brake from the drum to the motor to prevent heat damage to the rope.
I chucked the hook it came with in the boot and put a bow shackle on the end instead, also is a pic of one of the synthetic shackles at work, I'm impressed with those somfar too.

Always good when your diff leaves a furrow in the dirt, sorry you will not be at the meet when we arrive but you have to look after the lad, Rick
