Question Run flat tyres anyone here got rid of them ?

My BMW came with run flat tyres and they are heavy, noisy and a harsh ride.

They are too good to throw way at present but thinking of replacing them with "Normal" tyres and just carrying a tyre compressor and a can of tyre puncture repair foam fix as I did with my old Mini.

Anyone here done this on a motor ?
