Default might ned help with spring lift today

im doing the lift today , just wondered if anyone could p.m me there phone number so i can ring them if i get stuck.
tried to phone hb but number not working

thanks guys . i did it easily so no need to phone, took about an hour and half needed to use the farm jack though
no need for spring compressors i could have got 4 inch springs in without compressors

they make a world of difference though .... another good mod

hi extreme, i understand the springs, but no idea whats needed for the front.
every ones tryed to help, but when you lift your front can you take a pic of to of how do to it..
