Probably will not apply as he will have got it on G30 (propane) and not G20 (natural gas) yes the plonkers differentiate, so costs you more to register, that is the problem, they just want your money, nothing else, Rick

I opted out to.

Just became financially unviable for the amount of gaswork I was doing.
Shame, I enjoyed gaswork.
It was CORGI back then. Registered for ten years.

CORGI applied it differently to British Gas, I was CORGI too let it go when I stopped fitting and went worktops only

British Gas has nothing to do with the gas safe register and has to be a member the same as every one else.

Gas safe holds the training records for all what is now known as gas safe registered engineer, this used to be corgi engineer but corgi lost the contract, they are still about and most people remember corgi, a lot of customers still haven heard of gas safe,lol
