Default Boot light switch?

Can anyone find the link for me please? I remember someone installing a switch for the light.

It's really annoying when we are UFO watching or similar and we want to adjust a window e light comes on and remains on for 20 secs or more..

Cheers dude, I need a switch for sure, and ideally some way of turning it off from the front remote or hard wired?

Just switch it off before you go out or when you get there as you still have the centre switched light & the front map lights & TBH the boot light only really lights up the boot anyway

Not hard at all mate, just a case of drilling a hole in the light carefully & making up a little patch lead from the light & switch to plug into the wiring that's there for the light but you could fit the switch behind the cover for the brake lights on either side or any where really
